Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the ERP product vision, strategy and outcome-driven roadmap aligned with IFRC Strategy 2030 and the Digital Transformation Strategy
- Own the ERP product backlog, OKRs and integration strategy across IFRC systems
- Lead and manage 7-10 direct reports plus functional and dual reports across departments and regions
- Oversee product performance, compliance, security and support model with the Service team and suppliers
- Manage the ERP product line budget, licensing strategy and supplier relationships to demonstrate ROI
- Drive change management and communications for ongoing ERP adoption across IFRC and National Societies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience managing organisation-wide ERP products, plus ITIL Foundation certification or a recognised agile/product certification (e.g. PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Manager, Pragmatic Institute PMC)
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in ERP operation support on Microsoft D365, including leading and managing large teams in a matrix-based organisation
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product management and minimum 7 years in ERP roll-out, maintenance, upgrades and customisation, including contract and supplier management
