Responsibilities
- Support the DSRSG/RC/HC in carrying out mandate responsibilities
- Lead and implement the Integrated Office work programme
- Coordinate aid architecture, accountability mechanisms, resource mobilisation and international engagement
- Oversee substantive coordination support to the Integrated Office and UN Country Team
- Manage budgets, reporting, results-based budgeting inputs and staff performance processes
- Supervise, guide, develop and recruit staff across relevant sections
- Represent the Integrated Office in national, regional and international meetings
- Use data analysis to support planning, decision-making and reporting
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business or public administration, finance, sustainable development, education, social sciences or a related field, or a first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least fifteen years of experience in strategic planning, sustainable development policy, project or programme management and resource mobilisation in development cooperation or a related area
- Minimum five years of experience in conflict, post-conflict or transitional settings
- Experience in humanitarian, development and peace nexus coordination
- Relevant experience in the United Nations system or a comparable international organisation
- Experience coordinating external partnerships in a development or transition context
- English is required
