Responsibilities
- Support programme performance planning and work-planning quality assurance
- Monitor programme performance and track management decisions with field offices
- Support situation monitoring, rapid assessments and humanitarian performance monitoring
- Analyse data and information for programme decision-making
- Build planning and monitoring capacity of sections and partners
- Coordinate knowledge management and innovation for planning and monitoring
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, International Development, Development Studies, Development Planning, Public Policy or another closely related field
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation, programme management, results-based management, performance monitoring, data analysis, knowledge management, capacity building, coordination, management reporting or related fields
- Experience in programme planning, performance monitoring, reporting, technical support, development planning and statistics
- Fluency in French and knowledge of English
