Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and checklists for certifying logistics invoices
  • Control document movement for compliant invoice processing and payment
  • Prepare freight cost estimates using long-term agreement rates
  • Review invoices against contracted services, rates and third-party tariffs
  • Track invoice-review status, feedback, approval and escalation
  • Document inconsistencies and recommend next steps for management review
  • Conduct field verification of logistics services when required
  • Verify vaccine cold-box capitation through packing and truck-loading operations

Requirements

  • Relevant background in supply chain, business administration, contract or commercial law, economics or another technical field
  • Excellent drafting, reporting and document-editing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and internet tools
  • Ability to review information accurately and make documented recommendations
  • English proficiency as the assignment’s primary working language
