Responsibilities
- Maintain records and checklists for certifying logistics invoices
- Control document movement for compliant invoice processing and payment
- Prepare freight cost estimates using long-term agreement rates
- Review invoices against contracted services, rates and third-party tariffs
- Track invoice-review status, feedback, approval and escalation
- Document inconsistencies and recommend next steps for management review
- Conduct field verification of logistics services when required
- Verify vaccine cold-box capitation through packing and truck-loading operations
Requirements
- Relevant background in supply chain, business administration, contract or commercial law, economics or another technical field
- Excellent drafting, reporting and document-editing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and internet tools
- Ability to review information accurately and make documented recommendations
- English proficiency as the assignment’s primary working language
