Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the drafting process across all thematic clusters
  • Integrate Phase 1 implementation and needs assessment findings into the Strategy
  • Guide the work of five national thematic experts
  • Lead two structured stakeholder consultation events
  • Serve as primary point of contact for HCNM, OSCE Mission to Skopje and government counterparts

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in political science, sociology, law, public policy, international relations, minority rights or related field (or first-level degree with equivalent additional experience)
  • Minimum ten years of professional experience in integration of diverse societies, interculturalism, minority rights or related public policy areas
