Responsibilities
- Coordinate the drafting process across all thematic clusters
- Integrate Phase 1 implementation and needs assessment findings into the Strategy
- Guide the work of five national thematic experts
- Lead two structured stakeholder consultation events
- Serve as primary point of contact for HCNM, OSCE Mission to Skopje and government counterparts
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in political science, sociology, law, public policy, international relations, minority rights or related field (or first-level degree with equivalent additional experience)
- Minimum ten years of professional experience in integration of diverse societies, interculturalism, minority rights or related public policy areas
