Responsibilities
- Develop communication materials highlighting UNVTF impact, grantee work and victim assistance practices
- Gather content and raw materials from grantees and civil society partners for impact stories
- Draft, schedule and monitor digital content for UNVTF social media channels and maintain the website
- Support the UNVTF Call for Proposals, including terms of reference, launch coordination, screening and shortlisting
- Track grantee progress and reporting compliance for narrative and financial reports
- Respond to grantee queries and provide guidance on UNVTF procedures and reporting standards
- Support events, workshops, consultations and coordination meetings with logistical and administrative assistance
- Draft project reports, briefing notes, donor reports, funding proposals and donor correspondence
Requirements
- Enrolled in or recently completed a graduate school programme, or enrolled in or recently completed the final academic year of a first university degree programme
- Field of study closely related to the internship
- Computer literacy in standard software applications
- Good knowledge of standard software applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams
- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Expected duration is 6 months
- Desired start date is 3 August 2026
- Internship is unpaid and full-time at five days or 40 hours per week
- Interns are responsible for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses
