Intern - Partnerships and Project Development, Programme Support Unit

IOM Botswana seeks an intern to support the Project Support Unit in expanding its project portfolio across migration governance, counter-trafficking, health, labour mobility and climate change thematic areas. The role focuses on research, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization, with particular attention to the Climate Change and Human Mobility project.

Department: Programme Support Unit

• Assist in project development including research, concept notes and proposals
• Support stakeholder mapping and private sector partnership engagement
• Contribute to resource mobilization activities and donor reports
• Assist in monitoring and evaluation processes for ongoing projects
• Provide administrative support for project development meetings
• Assist in drafting advocacy and communication materials

• Enrolled in final academic year of first university degree (minimum Bachelor's) or graduated within last 12 months
• Between 20 and 36 years of age
• Less than two years of relevant working experience
