Responsibilities

  • Track international economic affairs related to North America and Mexico's economic relationship with the United States and Canada
  • Prepare briefing cards, notes, minutes, aide-memoires and support documents
  • Compile, organise and follow up information from Mexican representations, embassies, federal bodies and business organisations
  • Support preparation and follow-up for meetings, high-level visits, economic dialogues and engagement activities
  • Conduct research and analysis on trade, investment, economic cooperation and regional competitiveness

Requirements

  • High school certificate is required
  • 4 years of experience with high school education, or 1 year of experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Experience areas include international economics, data visualisation, statistical analysis and related topics
  • Experience in effective communication and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in time management
  • Experience in analysis and synthesis of information
  • Basic macroeconomics, international trade and foreign investment experience
  • Applicant must be a Mexican citizen in full exercise of rights or a foreign citizen whose immigration status permits the function
