Responsibilities
- Track and process Human Rights Council documentation before and during sessions
- Support OHCHR documentation programming and processing throughout the pipeline
- Provide inputs for internal websites, resource pages and information products
- Compile and update daily status reports and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with OHCHR staff and language service providers
- Research documentation requirements for OHCHR mechanisms
- Draft correspondence, communication materials, reports, briefs and background documents
Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed a graduate programme, or enrolled in or completed the final academic year of a first university degree programme
- Field of study closely related to the internship
- Demonstrated strong interest in human rights issues and commitment to United Nations values
- Computer literacy in standard software applications, especially Microsoft 365 products
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
