Overview
The role supports integration services for beneficiaries of international and temporary protection under the Helios+ project. It enrols beneficiaries, tracks integration progress, coordinates referrals and supports access to welfare, housing, health, education and independent living services.

Responsibilities
- Provide information to eligible beneficiaries and enrol them in the project
- Monitor beneficiaries' integration progress through individual sessions
- Conduct presentations on the European Way of Life
- Organize psychosocial support sessions
- Inform beneficiaries about welfare rights, housing, healthcare and education services
- Refer cases needing specialized support to other actors
- Coordinate with project units, authorities and stakeholders to address beneficiary needs
- Assist beneficiaries with apartment searches and administrative pre-requirements
Requirements
- University degree in psychology, social work or a related field with minimum 1 year of work experience
- At least 1 year of previous work experience
- Professional license where applicable
- Adequate combination of knowledge, education, training experience and skills to perform the essential functions
- Fluency in English and Greek, written and oral
- Valid residence and work permit for Greece
