Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk support for hardware, software, laptop, desktop and network access issues
  • Support email, calendar and collaboration tools to minimise disruption
  • Maintain IT infrastructure by updating systems, monitoring devices and deploying equipment
  • Implement information security standards and enforce corporate IT policies
  • Assist office units in using technology solutions aligned with operational needs
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and proactive monitoring to reduce operational disruption
  • Promote knowledge sharing on ICT systems, applications and lessons learned

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in those fields with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • No professional experience required with a master's degree, or at least two years of relevant professional experience in IT support or systems administration with a bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English is required
