Responsibilities
- Lead global commercialisation of the IOC media rights portfolio and long-term revenue generation
- Own international sales processes, competitive bids, partner strategies and commercial negotiations
- Use market insight, financial rigour and data-led analysis to position IOC media rights competitively
- Oversee servicing strategy and delivery for IOC Media Rights Holders
- Coordinate internal IOC functions and Olympic Broadcasting Services for broadcast assets and programmes
- Implement commercial guidelines governing media rights exploitation
- Oversee the Rights Protection Programme and manage infringement risks
- Lead and develop the Media Rights team with clear direction and performance accountability
Requirements
- Established commercial leadership experience with a strong track record in media rights, ideally within a broadcaster, sports agency or sports governing body
- Sound understanding of the global broadcast and media landscape, content distribution, linear and streaming economics, rights valuation and evolving media business models
- Proven experience structuring and negotiating complex global deals
- Strong leadership experience developing high-performing teams across diverse and multi-stakeholder environments
- Executive presence with ability to lead high-stakes negotiations and influence senior stakeholders
- Fluency in English or French with strong communication skills in the other language
