Responsibilities
- Operationalise the gender stocktaking action plan
- Assess staff capacity needs and deliver gender training
- Lead gender analyses and develop sector action plans
- Integrate gender-responsive approaches into projects
- Review monitoring tools for sex-disaggregated data
- Monitor gender outcomes and contribute to reports
- Document lessons, briefs and case studies
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Human Rights or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years of gender equality, women's empowerment and inclusion experience in fragile contexts
- Working knowledge at level C of English
