Responsibilities

  • Operationalise the gender stocktaking action plan
  • Assess staff capacity needs and deliver gender training
  • Lead gender analyses and develop sector action plans
  • Integrate gender-responsive approaches into projects
  • Review monitoring tools for sex-disaggregated data
  • Monitor gender outcomes and contribute to reports
  • Document lessons, briefs and case studies

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Human Rights or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
  • At least five years of gender equality, women's empowerment and inclusion experience in fragile contexts
  • Working knowledge at level C of English
