- Develop 15 concise, culturally relevant and inclusive key messages
- Highlight the role of religious leaders and communities in promoting gender justice
- Address gender justice issues including gender-based violence, economic inequality, education access and reproductive rights
- Align messages with CEDAW, UN guidance and Agenda 2030
- Guide a designer on tone, style and visual elements and review draft materials
Requirements
- Deep understanding of gender challenges in Latin America and the Caribbean
- Familiarity with CEDAW, UN gender equality guidance and the Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 5
- Ability to write clear, concise and persuasive messages for diverse audiences
- Experience developing digital communication strategies for platforms such as LinkedIn
- Ability to work in multicultural and multireligious contexts
- Experience directing design work and providing constructive feedback on visual materials
- Spanish is required
