Data and Analytics Officer

Supports ICRC protection data management in Kyiv by maintaining CRM records, improving data quality, analysing operational datasets and supporting evidence-based decision-making for humanitarian teams.

Department: Protection Working Unit

• Manage and maintain CRM data with accurate and timely record updates
• Perform quality checks on large datasets to identify inconsistencies, trends and patterns
• Analyse complex datasets to detect recurring issues and process improvement opportunities
• Use advanced Excel functions to process, clean and structure large datasets
• Apply SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation and bulk updates
• Execute mass uploads, corrections and reconciliations under data management procedures
• Collaborate with teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflows
• Contribute to improved data management processes, tools and quality standards

• Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
• University degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of BI, SQL, statistical packages and Tableau
• Typically three to five years of overall professional experience
• Minimum two years of experience in analysis and evidence, geographic information systems, data management or a similar field
• Professional written and spoken fluency in English and Ukrainian
• Computer literacy including good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Employment contract under Ukrainian labour law with flexible working arrangements
• Salary: UAH 60,000-88,000 gross before tax
• Medical insurance is provided for the employee and dependent family members
• 20 working days of annual paid leave
• ICRC may recruit before the deadline or offer a lower-grade position with adjusted duties
