Responsibilities

  • Lead strategies, policies and governance frameworks for UPU remuneration systems
  • Coordinate studies, rate publications and implementation of parcels remuneration reforms
  • Advise UPU bodies and members on complex remuneration issues
  • Manage budget, team objectives and secretariat support to relevant UPU bodies

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in economics, business administration, international business, international postal management or related field, or first university degree with stipulated additional experience
  • At least 10 years of experience with UPU remuneration with an advanced degree, or at least 12 years with a first-level university degree
  • Extensive knowledge of international postal services, business and UPU remuneration systems
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory and operational issues on pricing and remuneration in the postal sector
  • Knowledge of macroeconomic issues and their relation to postal sector socio-economic trends
  • English at UN Level III
