Responsibilities
- Lead strategies, policies and governance frameworks for UPU remuneration systems
- Coordinate studies, rate publications and implementation of parcels remuneration reforms
- Advise UPU bodies and members on complex remuneration issues
- Manage budget, team objectives and secretariat support to relevant UPU bodies
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in economics, business administration, international business, international postal management or related field, or first university degree with stipulated additional experience
- At least 10 years of experience with UPU remuneration with an advanced degree, or at least 12 years with a first-level university degree
- Extensive knowledge of international postal services, business and UPU remuneration systems
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory and operational issues on pricing and remuneration in the postal sector
- Knowledge of macroeconomic issues and their relation to postal sector socio-economic trends
- English at UN Level III
