Responsibilities

  • Map producers, importers, distributors, non-governmental organisations and other market actors
  • Analyse supply chains, distribution channels, prices and product affordability
  • Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative field research
  • Assess user practices and economic, social, geographic and cultural access barriers
  • Review policies, regulations, tax frameworks and regulatory constraints
  • Develop market-based recommendations and private-sector engagement guidance

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in environmental engineering, WASH, public health, development economics, business, marketing, social sciences or a related field
  • At least ten years of relevant professional experience, including five years conducting market or value-chain studies
  • Proven field-study and quantitative and qualitative analysis experience
  • Fluency in French and working knowledge of English
