Leads legal, pedagogical and technological analysis to draft normative texts governing digital-based education within Benin's national education system, coordinating with ministries and technical partners to validate and finalise the legal framework.

• Lead legal, pedagogical and technological analysis to inform normative digital-education texts
• Draft normative legal texts governing digital-based education in the national education system
• Conduct stakeholder consultations with ministries and technical partners
• Coordinate validation of deliverables with the technical coordination team
• Finalise and submit normative texts and a final mission report to the CNE

• Doctorate in business law, social law or a related discipline connected to digital technology
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience drafting normative texts, including 5 years specifically in digital or education-related legal drafting
• Fluency in French required

• Contract duration 4 months, home-based with two trips to Cotonou and local travel
