Supports infrastructure and facilities management for the Palais des Nations by assisting with building inspections, technical documentation, inventories and maintenance coordination. The internship provides practical exposure to building maintenance and asset management within UNOG's Infrastructure Team.

Responsibilities
- Participate in site inspections, building assessments and technical walk-throughs
- Update architectural drawings, building plans and technical documentation using site surveys and existing records
- Support verification and updating of building inventories, technical databases and infrastructure records
- Assist technicians and artisans with coordination, inventory and documentation activities
- Support documentation related to historical furniture and heritage building elements
- Assist ad hoc technical and administrative activities for infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed a graduate programme OR enrolled in or completed the final academic year of a first university degree programme
- Pursuing or completed studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management or another construction or building-related field
- Computer literacy with standard applications including MS Suite and AutoCAD
- English or French is required
