Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Administrative Unit and manage performance of general service staff
  • Plan staff resources to ensure uninterrupted client and support services
  • Provide client services on medical insurance operations including membership, reimbursements, and accounting
  • Compile monthly statistics and reports
  • Act as focal point for IT applications used in medical insurance and financial reporting
  • Review, approve, reconcile and process recurring transactions
  • Ensure accuracy of medical insurance accounting and functioning internal controls

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in business/public administration, human resources, insurance, accounting or related area; Bachelor's degree plus 2 additional years of qualifying experience accepted in lieu
  • Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, accounting, human resources, insurance or related field
  • Young professionals programme candidates must have served minimum 2 years in their initial assignment to be eligible
