- Map priority audiences, stakeholders and trusted messengers
- Apply COM-B and EAST frameworks to behavioral barriers and communication choices
- Develop evidence-based message framing and narrative recommendations
- Present findings and hand over a practical communication framework
Requirements
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in behavioral science, social psychology, strategic communication or a related field
- Experience in desk research, qualitative analysis and stakeholder mapping
- Strong analytical writing capability in English
- Experience designing campaigns or behavior-change interventions
