Responsibilities
- Perform office management and administrative support for the Chief of Programme, department head or area office, monitoring schedules and coordinating meetings
- Prepare travel documents and follow up on travel arrangements for the division, office or section
- Draft and prepare official routine correspondence and act as liaison between departments
- Coordinate logistical preparations for workshops, conferences and events and take meeting minutes
- Monitor and manage office supply requirements and process payments for vendors and suppliers
- Assist in managing budgets using the ERP system and monitoring expenditures
- Verify bills against set terms and conditions and coordinate timely data entry
- Assist in coordinating HR matters, including new appointments, separations and overtime
Requirements
- Full secondary education and a two-year diploma in business and office practice or related discipline
- At least four years of relevant experience, preferably in administration or office management
- Experience in MS Office applications required
- Fluency in English required

- Fixed-term appointment for one year including a one-year probation period, with possible extension
