Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Specialist

Supports UNFPA Afghanistan humanitarian response by mobilising resources, managing donor and partner relationships, coordinating donor reporting, preparing proposals and communications materials, and strengthening team capacity in results-based reporting.

• Mobilize resources for UNFPA Afghanistan humanitarian response
• Maintain effective relationships with partners and donors
• Coordinate timely donor reports, proposals, presentations and briefing papers
• Contribute to annual reports, situation reports and communications materials
• Guide implementation of donor funds for compliance with requirements
• Build team capacity in results-based reporting, analytical writing and donor reporting

• At least five years of increasingly responsible professional experience in resource mobilisation and partnerships or related fields
• Track record preparing high-quality donor proposals and reports
• Strong analytical, writing, oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
