Responsibilities
- Lead the joint knowledge management and learning function across two People Vice Presidency units
- Manage learning series, webinars, operational clinics, workshops and practitioner exchanges
- Design onboarding, knowledge clinics, e-learning, peer learning and AI capacity-building resources
- Implement document governance and information-management standards across collaboration platforms
- Curate knowledge assets from evaluations, operations and programmes into reusable resources
- Manage good-practice repositories, case studies, lessons learned databases and solution portfolios
- Improve taxonomy, metadata structures and search experience across knowledge platforms
- Use adoption metrics and MEL practices to improve knowledge workflows and operating models
