Responsibilities

  • Collect and review data, reports, policies and strategies
  • Conduct secondary research on local economic development, tourism, agriculture and community resilience
  • Map development opportunities, stakeholders, local assets and partners
  • Support consultations, workshops and meetings
  • Prepare meeting notes, consultation summaries, briefs and draft strategy inputs
  • Coordinate between UNDP Bhutan and Haa Dzongkhag Administration

Requirements

  • Candidates must be enrolled in a degree programme, enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree, or recently graduated and able to start within one year of graduation
  • Applicants must be Bhutanese nationals
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required
  • Good spoken Dzongkha is required
