Responsibilities

  • Support IGF programme platforms including scheduling, room reservation and remote participation systems
  • Assist technical and substantive work on IGF website functions and design
  • Support functionality of the IGF web application
  • Contribute to implementation of the social media campaign
  • Assist training delivery for remote participation support staff
  • Compile annual participation statistics and media analysis
  • Support planning for intersessional work and national, regional and youth IGF initiatives
  • Support interface design and layout of final IGF output documents

Requirements

  • Enrolled in or completed a graduate school programme, or enrolled in or completed the final academic year of a first university degree programme
  • Field of study closely related to the internship
  • Good knowledge of standard software applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
