Intern - Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Knowledge Management

IOM's Global WASH Unit within the Department of Humanitarian Response and Recovery seeks an intern based in Athens to manage documentation systems, coordinate the WASH Community of Practice, and produce visual knowledge products supporting global WASH coordination and learning.

• Audit and reorganize WASH-related shared drives and document repositories
• Coordinate WASH Community of Practice and SharePoint sites
• Support logistics for global WASH workshops and meetings
• Develop infographics, data visualizations and promotional materials
• Create presentation slides and web-ready visual assets
• Maintain shared meeting notes and action item tracking

• Enrolled in final year of first university degree or graduate programme in project management, knowledge management, information science, engineering, public health, communications, graphic design, business administration, organizational development or related field, or graduated within the last year
• Age 20-36 with less than two years of relevant working experience

• Interns may receive a small monthly stipend depending on experience and location
