Finance Specialist

Leads corporate financial management for UNCDF from Bangkok, overseeing controls, financial statements, revenue recognition, transaction integrity and risk reporting while advising regional teams, coordinating audits and donor reports, and training colleagues on Quantum processes.

Department: Investment and Finance Oversight Division

• Implement financial controls and risk-management procedures
• Prepare financial statements and support financial closures
• Manage contribution revenue and IPSAS revenue recognition in Quantum
• Oversee transactions, ledger integrity, advances and account closure
• Coordinate audits, donor reporting and staff training

• Professional accounting qualification and/or advanced finance or accounting degree, or a bachelors degree with two additional years of experience
• At least five years with a masters degree or seven years with a bachelors degree in corporate financial management advisory services
• Experience with office software and Oracle Cloud
• Experience with IPSAS and/or IFRS standards
• Fluency in English
