Responsibilities

  • Elaborate evaluation designs and produce inception reports
  • Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
  • Interpret evaluation findings and draw evidence-based conclusions
  • Formulate actionable recommendations and communicate findings through reports and presentations
  • Conduct evaluations of projects, programmes, sub-programmes, offices, strategies, or thematic topics per the specific ToR

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business/Public Administration, Management, Evaluation, International Development, International Relations, Social Sciences, Legal Affairs, or related field — OR first-level degree plus 2 additional years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience conducting evaluations
