Responsibilities
- Elaborate evaluation designs and produce inception reports
- Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
- Interpret evaluation findings and draw evidence-based conclusions
- Formulate actionable recommendations and communicate findings through reports and presentations
- Conduct evaluations of projects, programmes, sub-programmes, offices, strategies, or thematic topics per the specific ToR
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business/Public Administration, Management, Evaluation, International Development, International Relations, Social Sciences, Legal Affairs, or related field — OR first-level degree plus 2 additional years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience conducting evaluations
