Overview
Supports UNDSS IAU digital innovation and planning workstreams through structured documentation, research notes, requirement summaries and knowledge-management materials. Each online volunteer prepares one C4 Model documentation package for an internal digital workstream under confidentiality and data-handling requirements.

Responsibilities
- Support benchmarking and background research for digital innovation and planning workstreams
- Prepare research notes, concept-note inputs and structured briefing materials
- Summarise requirements and stakeholder feedback
- Draft user guides, training materials and meeting documentation
- Maintain structured trackers or document repositories as requested
- Prepare one C4 Model documentation package of approximately six to eight pages
- Ensure outputs are clear, well structured and aligned with confidentiality, data-handling and professional drafting guidance
Requirements
- Experience supporting research, desk review, benchmarking or documentation activities
- Strong ability to prepare clear written summaries, meeting notes and structured briefing materials
- Good understanding of knowledge management, data analytics, digital transformation or programme support in an international or public-sector context
- Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English
