Responsibilities

  • Maintain an integrated programmatic overview of WMBC's portfolio and prioritised daily operation to consolidate milestones, dependencies, operational impacts, risks, constraints and delivery status across WMBC
  • Manage resources across projects and operations. Identify project delivery risks and recommend solutions. Plan and execute surge capacity for critical projects and essential daily operations to ensure timelines, budget
  • Provide briefs on planning, prioritisation and scenario analysis to support leadership decision-making. Coordinate with key stakeholders in enabling services to ensure key tasks are delivered in a timely manner
  • Perform any other related duty as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess a university degree in Architecture, Engineering (civil/structural/mechanical/electrical) or a closely related discipline involving facilities, workspace or infrastructure delivery
  • Have at least 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in management roles
  • Have experience in delivery of multi-year programmes and portfolios in complex operational environments in an engineering or facilities management related programme of work
  • Have experience with programme and project management, including relevant certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, MSP); and
  • Possess the following minimum levels of NATO's official languages (English/French) V ("Advanced") in one; and III ("Intermediate") in the other
  • The following would be considered an advantage
  • Experience in business continuity management and operational resilience, including exercise planning and continual improvement actions
