Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare 12 to 24 LinkedIn posts promoting UN Women initiatives, partnerships, publications and advocacy events
- Develop and maintain a LinkedIn content calendar aligned with international days, campaigns and office priorities
- Create digital communication materials, including social media graphics, flyers, event banners and invitations
- Support communication activities for advocacy events, including International African Women's Day preparations
- Prepare online event registration materials, including registration forms, QR codes and participant communications
- Monitor LinkedIn performance by compiling basic analytics on post reach, engagement and audience growth
- Research LinkedIn good practices and communication trends to increase page visibility and engagement
- Provide monthly progress updates and LinkedIn performance summaries with practical engagement recommendations
Requirements
- Previous experience in communications, public information, digital communications or social media management
- Experience creating communication materials for digital platforms
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express or similar graphic design tools
- Understanding of content planning and social media analytics
- Excellent written English and editing skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- English language proficiency
