Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse programme and project development and implementation, identifying issues and proposing corrective actions
  • Research, analyse and present information gathered from diverse sources
  • Design data collection tools and analyse survey responses, tracking project milestones
  • Prepare background papers, analyses, report sections and inputs to publications
  • Provide substantive support to consultative meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate testing and implementation of document ingestion workflows, OCR and QR code integration and ePension document workflows
  • Coordinate operational testing, workflow validation and implementation readiness activities
  • Provide user input on the design of new systems in line with Fund Regulations, Rules and administrative procedures

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in business or public administration, finance, management or a related area
  • First-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience accepted in lieu of advanced degree
  • Minimum five years of responsible experience in business or public administration, finance, human resources management, law or a related field
  • Experience in the area of employee benefit schemes
  • Fluency in English
