Responsibilities

  • Support collection, organisation and formatting of data related to WHO programmes in Tunisia
  • Adapt simple data collection tools such as questionnaires, entry guides and variable dictionaries
  • Check data quality, clean simple databases and structure files for trend identification and indicator monitoring
  • Prepare basic dashboards, visualisations and short summaries for teams and partners
  • Use digital tools and supervised AI-supported approaches to structure information and improve data presentation
  • Support documentation of activities, terms of reference, checklists, timelines and simplified technical notes
  • Help organise workshops on data management and digital tools and support meeting secretariat tasks

Requirements

  • One month to one year of relevant national professional experience, including internships, research projects or volunteer work, in statistics, digital health, information systems or IT and health project support
  • Good writing, formulation and synthesis skills for minutes, short reports and activity notes
  • Ability to work with simple project management tools such as tracking tables, simple indicators and timelines
  • Good command of common office tools and common data collection tools
  • Organisational skills, rigour, respect for deadlines and ability to work with several interlocutors
  • Interpersonal skills, teamwork, cultural sensitivity and ability to work inclusively
  • Affinity with or demonstrated interest in public health, volunteerism for sustainable development and the UN system
