Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain strengthening roadmaps and access-barrier diagnostics for health technologies
- Coordinate cross-departmental digital integration and supply chain performance processes
- Analyse national information ecosystems and develop regional interoperability frameworks
- Establish data standards, reporting protocols, dashboards and intelligence products
- Promote institutional learning through communities of practice, case studies and advocacy
- Translate strategic and operational improvements into guidance and decision-support products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management or a related field
- Master's degree in business administration, management, supply chain management, public administration, public health or a related field
- Nine years of combined national and international experience in public health supply chain management functions in pharma, biotech or health commodities
- Significant exposure to supply chain strategy, development, implementation or operations with logistics management information systems
- Fluency in Spanish or English with working knowledge of the other
- Ability to use current technology, software, spreadsheets, presentations, ERP and management information systems
