Advisor, Supply Chain Intelligence and Strategic Initiatives

Strengthens public health supply chain systems across the Americas by leading roadmaps, diagnostics, data standards and intelligence products for PAHO's Regional Revolving Funds.

Department: Regional Revolving Funds

• Lead supply chain strengthening roadmaps and access-barrier diagnostics for health technologies
• Coordinate cross-departmental digital integration and supply chain performance processes
• Analyse national information ecosystems and develop regional interoperability frameworks
• Establish data standards, reporting protocols, dashboards and intelligence products
• Promote institutional learning through communities of practice, case studies and advocacy
• Translate strategic and operational improvements into guidance and decision-support products

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management or a related field
• Master's degree in business administration, management, supply chain management, public administration, public health or a related field
• Nine years of combined national and international experience in public health supply chain management functions in pharma, biotech or health commodities
• Significant exposure to supply chain strategy, development, implementation or operations with logistics management information systems
• Fluency in Spanish or English with working knowledge of the other
• Ability to use current technology, software, spreadsheets, presentations, ERP and management information systems

• Initial 11-month assignment with possible extension subject to performance and funding
• Monthly salary: USD 7,168.92 plus USD 3,914.23 post adjustment
